My sister-in-law Mindy is a wise and extremely resourceful homeschoolin' mama of five. (Five of the kindest, sweetest, most helpful children on the planet! Love them!)
Yesterday she sent me this link to a free download called Lent Activities for the Family at CurrClick. It's fifteen pages of information on what it means to observe Lent and includes forty-nine activities for families to choose from to make Lent more meaningful and concrete for the family. Activities are appropriate for small children all the way up to high school age. It also includes a Lenten tree for children to color in each time the family completes a Lent activity.
I'm so excited to use this amazing (and free!) resource to make this season more tangible for our family. I hope you'll find it to be helpful, too!
